I chose Bitrise because I wanted to evolve professionally. As a UX Researcher, it is important to have the possibility to use different kinds of methodologies that serve the research goal best. Here, I get to choose my strategy and everyone is really supportive of it. Whenever I come up with an idea, the answer is "Let's do this!!!" and not "Nah, sounds complicated". The tasks that I get are never straightforward, so I have to come up with creative solutions every time, so it never gets boring.
I enjoy working closely with colleagues across the business offering a wide variety of design disciplines from value proposition defining, to concept ideation and high fidelity design. I appreciate being encouraged to experiment with design hypotheses and collaborate with like minded colleagues for the design solutions in a down-to-earth manner. I respect that as a Senior Designer you will be expected to play a part in paving the way toward more efficient design workflows and systems.
1. The people. They aren’t just super clever and funny colleagues, but also supportive friends - especially during these hard times. It’s a true community. 2. My job is diverse. It’s always interesting, and of course sometimes challenging, but in a good way :)
