My projects mostly revolve around written content: case studies, reports, articles, and so on. My responsibilities always evolve and I need to adapt to a constantly changing industry. The biggest challenge is having to absorb brand new information on a daily basis, then converting it into something that makes sense for mobile engineers. Working on several tasks simultaneously and the steep learning curve can be overwhelming, but these things help me stay motivated as well.
You have to know how to write and how to write well. You need to tell stories: not fairy tales but ones that appeal to Mobile Devs. So you also need to deal with the incredibly steep learning curve that comes with the product and its target audience. You have to embrace a growth mindset and learn anything and everything, upgrading yourself day by day. You have to learn, try, fail, re-learn from the results and try again, this time, better.
In one word, authority. The thing I love the most about working at Bitrise is that we have a culture that empowers you to learn, grow and actually own stuff. I joined Bitrise when the first wave of Covid-19 came along, and in spite of working 100% remotely from Day 1, I felt engaged and being a part of an outstanding team. Plus I got the chance to work with some of the brightest people I've ever met.
